Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion Review & Giveaway!

Yay, I was so excited when I got home and there was a package waiting for me, don't you just love when that happens?

And what was inside, you ask? (lol, you can probably already guess because of the title, but I like to add a little suspense :P)

The new Cover Girl Lashblast Fusion mascara that I had mentioned in my previous post! Yay! I had gone ahead and pre-ordered it on Cover Girl's Facebook  pre-sale that they had going on

So here is what it looks like, pretty much the same as the first Lashblast, except different color

This color is gorgeous! It's more purple in real life though

The brush seems to be exactly the same as the first one also

Of course, I just had to open it up right away and try it out! I'll say it once more for those of you who don't know by now, I have ZERO willpower when it comes to makeup! There is no such thing as waiting until something 'hits pan' for me! :P Or in the case of mascaras, dries up.

Anyways, on to the review!

So when I first pulled the brush out this is what it looked like

Kinda goopy right? It got me kinda worried at first....but not to worry!

Here is my lashes with no mascara (I commited a huge sin, I picked off my mascara just so I could try this one on! I'm so bad! But I liked how my makeup had turned out and didn't want to get out the makeup remover :P Shh, don't tell anyone!)

Here they are after 1 coat:

And after a couple more coats:

Omg, I am in looove with this mascara!!!! Just like the original, it thickens without clumping, but unlike the Lashblast Length, this one actually lengthens too! Although I applied like a million coats it still didn't clump and I haven't experience any flaking either (I've been wearing it now for about 6 hours). Also another great feature? My lashes feel extremely light and feathery, not all stiff and brittle like after you apply one too many coats of mascara. I can actually run my finger across them and they fan out all nice and soft, I just want to keep playing with them! Okay, I'm getting a little carried away now, but seriously, this mascara is great, I highly recommend it!
