Haha, is haulage a word? If it isn't, than we will definitely make it one! After all, if Beyonce can make up the word bootylicious, then there's no reason we can't say haulage is a word! But anyways, I'm starting to sound stupid, so I'll get to the main topic. :P
So this weekend I went to visit my sister and of course we did what we do best - shop! To be honest, she was actually just running errands and I was tagging along, but I managed to find some good deals wherever we went!
First we stopped at Walgreens so she could pick up her son's cold medicine. One of my readers, Sophia, told me that Walgreens now sells The Face Shop products, which made me so happy because I had been wanting to try them! Unfortunately, all I could find were some sheet masks, which I still bought, but the other facial products I will probably have to buy online off their website :( I also got some Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner and Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque. I have been wanting to try this mask forever, and it is way cheaper there than Sally's (I bought it for $4.50, at Sally's I think it's like $7.50? Big difference in price!)
Next we stopped at CVS because I was looking for an eyelash curler that Walgreen's didn't have. CVS didn't have it either, but I did get some stuff that was on sale though
The towlettes are for those days when I am feeling like a total bum and don't want to go through my whole skin routine :P The XXL Extensions was on sale for half off, so of course I had to grab it, I love that mascara! I am always looking for new eyeliners that last, and the Infallible was on sale so I said why not try it? And the lipstick was on sale too, I got #800 Fairest nude. I love CVS!!!
On the first night we got there, after my sister and her husband went to bed, my boyfriend and I made a late night trip to Wal-Mart (that is a tradition of ours, we are secret late night Wal-Mart shoppers :P ) While he was browsing electronics, I of course stopped in the makeup section.
I have to say, Wet n' Wild is getting better with their packaging, I wanted this eyeshadow palette as soon as I spotted it!
Another Maybelline Eyestudio eyeshadow, I am really loving these shadows, this one is Silver Starlet
And although I had a bad experience with Hard Candy mascaras and liners (check out my review here), I really wanted to try their other products, mostly because of their packaging (I'm such a sucker for packaging!) I got this blush in Living Doll, I'm sooo glad I got it, I love the color!

And last but not least, this is non makeup related, but when my sister and I went shopping we stopped at a thrift store to check it out. I found these really cute Nine West bags, only $4 for the black one and $2 for the other one! The black one is missing a stud, but I can probably replace it.
So how was everyone else's weekend? Hope it was good! We finished off by playing a Wii and I kicked everyone's butt in bowling, but now my arm is sore, I"m so out of shape! :P

Great haul, Liyanalove! And again, how i wish Singapore has Wal-mart or CVS... If i'm there with you at the store, i'm sure going to go crazy see-ing all the makeups displayed on the shelves. Haha!! :p

Liana: Nope, we had a K-MART many many years ago (in the early 1990s) but that closed down soon; then we had Liberty Supermarket but that went out of the window too. We get our drugstore stuff in well, drugstores called Watsons, Guardian and some major departmental stores. Sigh.
Ya sadly we don't hava all those wonderful walgreen/CVS/Watmart over here in Singapore =(
Anyway, great hauling! I heard alot about Hard candy!!! But never try it before... need to find a way to get it... do they sell it online???
coco: man that sucks, idk what i would do if we didn't have drugstores or target or wal mart! why did all your stores shut down? do your drugstores not carry very many items?
everbluec: thanks! yeah, you can check out their products online at http://www.hardcandy.com but i don't think you can buy them online, you can only buy them at wal mart and select stores. i was talking to heavenlygorgeous about maybe doing a swap sometime, maybe i could organize a swap with all you girls & i could get you things from here, and vice versa. actually i am already doing a swap with sophia at the moment, she sent me something and i sent her something.....but i wouldn't be able to organize a swap for awhile bc i need some money first, but we'll work something out sometime :)

If you are looking for eyeliners that last, I totally recommend Tony Moly's gel eyeliners. I think they're called Party Lover Gel Eyeliner? Great consistency and texture, color comes out strong, and it stays put. It's WAY better than the Bobbi Brown ones.
I bought a witchhazel toner just a few days ago too! Can't wait to try using it - I'm trying to use up what little I have left of my old toner.
