How many times do you wash your face daily?
I usually try to wash twice a day, morning and night. But if I'm lazy or too tired than just at night
What skin type do you have?
Dry, kinda sensitive, flaky (lol, just like me! j/k). Occasional breakouts, but not really, does have redness and discoloration though :(
What is your current facial wash?
The Body Shop's Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser, it's really creamy and makes my skin feel good! I am also using Lush's Fresh Farmacy soap, but it's not a facial wash
Do you exfoliate?
Omg, yes! I cannot live without exfoliating due to my dry flaky skin. My HG scrub is St. Ives. Apricot Scrub, I have been using it for over 10 years!
What brand do you use?
Oops, I answered in the above question. But I also use Biore's SKin Preservation Even Smoother Microdermabrasion polish once in awhile too.
What moisturizer do you use?
Um, actually I am kinda of trying out a few at a time (I don't know if that's good to do, but I like to experiment.) I am using Elizabeth Arden's Visible Difference Cream Complex, Philosophy's Hope in a jar (I have a small sample that I'm trying out) and
my sister sent me this stuff from Banila Co. called Intensive Hydro Gel, which is really nice! It's not exactly moisturizer, more of a moisturizing gel.
Do you have freckles?
Actually I never really noticed until the other day, when I realized that I do have freckles, and I seem to be getting more! I have 3 in a row on my left cheek
Do you use eye cream?
I just recently started focusing on using eye cream, but I haven't really found one I like yet. I have Biore's Skin Preservation See the Future Eye Cream & a sample of Amore Pacific's Eye Cream, but although they feel refreshing, they don't really seem effective
at depuffing or helping dark circles.
Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
No, not really. Occasional breakouts, but nothing too serious, luckily :)
Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No, I didn't have to, but my boyfriend did so I tried it once. It dried out my skin horribly and felt like it burned my skin!
Make-up
What foundation do you use?
Right now I alternate between Revlon Photo Ready Foundation in Golden Beige, Make Up For Ever's HD Foundation in Dark Sand, and a sample of RMK foundation that I got in a swap
How about concealer?
Sonia Kashuk's Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette, Jane's No Show Concealer, Milani's HD Concealer
Do you know your undertone color?
Lol, I haven't really paid too much attention, I just go with whatever I think will look best, but I'm pretty sure I have yellow, since pinkish tones never match right on me
What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I love them, but I always feel like I can't pull them off or I look too fake in them. I kinda wish they had some that were more natural, bc even the ones that say they are natural, are usually still too much on a daily basis. I wish I could wear them everyday bc I have really short sparse lashes, but where I live people are not into makeup at all so they all look at me weird enough as it is!
Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yeah.....but do I? Not necessarily....:P
What brand of mascara do you use?
Currently? Um, I actually have about 5 or so :P Right now I am using Cover Girl Lash Blast, Loreal Telescopic, Maybelline XXL Extensions, Rimmel Volume Flash, and a few others...I like variety :)
Sephora or MAC?
Can I have both? Lately it's been MAC because I don't have a Sephora where I live...but if I had to choose...maybe Sephora? Idk, that's a tough one!
Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No, I wish I did though
What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Everything! YOu name it, I use it, brushes, sponges, puffs...etc.
Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes, but I only recently just started. Right now I am using Urban Decay's Primer Potion in Eden.
For the face?
Yes, but still looking for a good one. I am using Monistat Anti-Chafing Powder Gel but I want to try a creamy one...any suggestions?
What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
I like pretty much all colors, but on me I look better with neutrals or deeper colors, like brown, forest greens or navy blues, and smoky black and gray eyes
Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use pencil and gel liner, but not too much liquid bc I am horrible at applying it!
How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Not anymore really!
What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
Pretty, but kinda messy.
Do you use mineral makeup?
I've only used it once and I felt like it accentuated my dry skin. But I have been considering trying it again.
What is your favorite lipstick?
Hmmm. That's tough. I don't think I can pick just one!

What is your favorite blush to use?
I have a couple- MAC's Blush Ombre in Ripe Peach & Hard Candy's Baked Blush in Living Doll. I have been on a major blush kick lately!
Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Nope

Uh yeah!

Um, I don't know what that is! Explain?
Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
Yeah, but we don't really have any good beauty colleges here, and the college I am attending doesn't have any
Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Not anymore...at least I hope I'm not!
Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Mismatched foundation to the point of it looking like someone else's head on a person's body! I mean seriously, how can you not tell how badly it looks? A little lighter or darker isn't that bad bc I have trouble myself finding the right shade, but when it's orange? Come on people!
Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
On a daily basis I usually stick to more neutrals, but once in awhile or one a special occasion I will be more daring. I'm trying to branch out more :)
Which celebrity always has great make up?
Claire Danes. Not only is she my favorite actress, but she is gorgeous and she always has perfect makeup, never over the top. Oh, also Natalie Portman
If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Oh god, what a question! I guess it would have to be eyebrow pencil, bc otherwise I'd look really weird (I have really messed up eyebrows without anything on them!) Lol, it's funny too bc I get so many compliments on them, but they seriously are high maintenance!
Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
I could...but then I'd have to kill myself if anyone I knew saw me!
Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
HELL NO! I wouldn't even check me out!
In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
I don't think there is just one best makeup brand. Each brand has their good items and their bad items, so you can't really narrow it down
What do you think of make up?
I love it! I don't care about those people who say that makeup is materialistic and what not...I say if it makes you more confident than what's the harm in using it? Yeah, natural beauty is great too, but for those people who need a little more help with their self esteem, I don't see
how it hurts anyone. It's also an art form in it's own right. I mean, have you seen the transformations you can do with it? And it's not any different from people who get breast implants, or plastic surgery to feel more confident, except that it can be washed off!
